Refund Policy
1. Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank, then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us atcutiecubs@website-mails.com
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at cutiecubs@website-mails.com
5. Shipping
