Return And Refund Policy

At Cutiecubs, we want you to love every product you purchase from us.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make things right.

1. Returns

You can request a return as long as:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Tags, labels, and accessories (if any) are still attached

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or sale items

To start a return, please email us at info@cutiecubs.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our support team will review your request and provide the return instructions.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you received a free shipping offer, the original shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

  • In case of partial returns, the refund will apply only to the returned items.

3. Exchanges

We currently offer defect exchanges only, depending on stock availability.
If you’d like to exchange an item, email us at info@cutiecubs.com before returning your package, so we can reserve the correct item for you.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us.
We’ll arrange a replacement after verification.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund :

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted)

  3. We recommend contacting your bank, as standard processing times often apply

6. Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it’s a defect or wrong item).
