Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). During holidays or major sales events, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

We offer standard shipping through trusted U.S. carriers such as USPS or UPS.

Standard Delivery: 12–15 business days after dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

3. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order’s delivery status.

4. Delays & Address Issues

We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout. Please verify your address before placing your order.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact info@cutiecubs.com
within 10 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
